Traditional orchards: a farmer's testimony
Mr. and Ms Giard live in Normandy, France, where they manage a farm that combines dairy milk production and traditional orchards with processing of fruits of traditional orchards into different kinds of beverages (juice, cider, Calvados). In the short clip made by SOLAGRO, they introduce us to their farm, their orchards, their system and the various interests this combination brings for the economy of the farm, for biodiversity, for landscapes and for the production of tasty products!
